About us
The Teacher Training Partnership brings schools and graduates together offering a paid route to qualified teacher status (QTS). We help graduates train as teachers in a school environment and help schools identify, grow and retain excellent staff for the future.
We are a unique blend of recruitment agency and training company designed to help schools address the growing recruitment crisis by combining a leading ITE provider, the flexibility of supply, and first-class recruitment tools.
Whilst we may be boutique, we’re part of the Bluestones Group, a much larger organisation. That means we have access to the best equipment, offices and expertise. We also have an annual awards ceremony where employees win trips abroad. Previous destinations include New York, Dubai and Ibiza!
