  • Hold an honours degree (minimum 2:2) or have equivalent professional experience.

  • Hold a leadership position, such as Headteacher, Deputy Head, Assistant Head, or a middle management role (Head of Department, Head of Year, Head of House, etc.).

  • Have a Grade C/4 or above in GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
